Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we will guarantee the delivery of your item worldwide provided that the delivery services in your country remain unaffected by any war or conflict zone situations.

Do the clothing items run true to size?

The clothing sizes can be determined by referring to the provided size bar, which indicate if the items run small or large.

How do I scan the QR code?

To scan a QR code, simply activate your smartphone's camera and make sure the QR code on the garment is lying flat. Position the camera 6-12 inches away from the QR code. If you encounter any problems, contact the support team, who will recommend suitable scanning apps.

Are all the numbers on the sleeves different?

For the Volume 1 collection, every clothing item has a unique embroidered number on the sleeve, ranging from V1.001 to V1.500. The Volume 2 collection has printed numbers on the sleeve, ranging from "Volume 2 1 of 100" to "Volume 2 100 of 100." These individual numbers guarantee that each piece is one-of-a-kind.

Where are the materials from?

We use 100% high-quality, organic cotton for our clothing, ensuring that it is ethically obtained and adheres to the highest production standards.

What is the nature of future releases and will sold-out items be restocked?

We will continue to release exclusive and limited items in our upcoming collections, such as Volume 1, 2, 3, and beyond. However, please note that once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked, as each release is unique and limited in nature.

What is the process for returning an item?

To return an item, ensure that it is unworn and in its original packaging.
